Can I upgrade at any time and how does it work?
Yes. You may upgrade your services with us at any time by submitting a ticket so that our support team can perform the upgrade. If you are not moving your services into a new environment, no migration is required.
Are all migrations free?
All migrations into our network are free, so are migrations due to an upgrade of your services. The only migrations that come at a cost are those that are the result of a compromise of your machine, this does not apply if you are using a shared service.
How can I become a partner or affiliate?
You can become a partner or affiliate of MyCODEHost by contacting our team via email. After we have reviewed your request or proposal, we will get back to you. Please be sure to include any phone number you'd wish for us to reach you at.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept many forms of payment. Those being, credit/debit cards, paypal, bitcoin, ethereum, and electronic check. If we're missing a major payment option that is popular in your region, please submit an email to support@mycodehost.com so that we may consider adding it.
Are your servers Linux, or Windows-based?
We provision any OS you'd like, however our shared infrastructure runs primarily on Linux. If you have your own proprietary OS image and would like to spin it up on your own machine, open a ticket then send us the details and ISO.
Do you offer a web-based control panel for my site?
We provision cPanel, Plesk, and VestaCP control panels. You are welcome to provision your own on a bare-metal machine however if you'd like.
How long will it take to setup my account?
It will typically only take a few minutes for your account to be setup. However it can take 24 to 48 hours to provision a dedicated machine depending on the region (i.e. it takes longer to provision a server in China/Japan due to timezone differences).
Can I purchase additional RAM, CPU or disk space?
Yes, if you have purchased a physical or virtual machine with us, please open a support ticket for hardware upgrade requests as needed.
Is there a Money back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee on our services. This does not apply to unmanaged physical or virtual servers. If you have purchased such a resource, please acquire a management option by reaching out to our team in order to take part in the guarantee.
Do you make backups of my stuff?
Yes and no, if you have a site on our shared machines we do keep up to 14 days of backups of your site and charge a $1 fee to your account for restoration (this will appear on your next month's bill) each time you request a restore. In the event we experience issues within our infrastructure that lead to the need of a restore, you will NOT be charged.

Virtual machines and dedicated machines are not backed up unless you've purchased a managed backup option.
